🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts across two value stream pods.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science on technical strategies.
• Drive adoption of modern practices in SQL, DBT, and AI for analysis.
• Contribute directly to complex data modeling and analytics when needed.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• 3-4 years of experience managing analysts.
• Mastery of modern data stack (SQL, DBT, BI visualization tools).
• Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving unified strategies.

• Experience with AI-powered analytics tools.
