You'll cultivate and expand relationships with broker, carrier, and tech partners at a fast-growing pet health startup. You'll drive partner performance, increase pipeline, and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management. This role offers the chance to shape solutions that improve pet lives in a remote-friendly, high-performance environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and TPAs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Manage territory pipeline to prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Respond to RFPs with creative, timely proposals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in partnerships
  • Experience with brokers, carriers in the insurance industry
  • Exceptional communication and C-level engagement skills

  • Background in pet care or employer benefits industry
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo
