💼 About This Role

You'll be part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, working directly on user journeys to reverse negative experiences and ensure satisfaction. You'll analyze detractor cases, apply solutions, and interact with Product, Support, and Sales teams. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced Super App environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Attend and analyze detractor customer cases to find root causes
  • Apply solutions and handle critical situations to reverse negative experiences
  • Interact with Product, Support, and Sales teams for complete resolution
  • Track customer journey post-service and register feedback for improvement

📋 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Social Communication, PR, Marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity, objectivity, and empathy
  • Genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a solution-oriented mindset

✨ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk
  • Intermediate English or Spanish
