💼 About This Role

You'll manage the active sales pipeline in Pipedrive, proactively rescuing stalling deals and coaching AEs to improve close rates. Your core impact is maximizing every deal in the pipeline while ensuring quality and preventing downstream issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor active sales pipeline daily in Pipedrive, identifying aging or stalling deals.
  • Proactively intervene on at-risk deals by calling prospects or coaching AEs.
  • Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline progression.
  • Track and report pipeline metrics weekly, including conversion rates and cycle time.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Expert to warm high-value prospects before close.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management.
  • Willingness to engage directly with prospects via phone calls.
  • Deep comfort with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Ability to identify patterns in deal data and translate into process improvements.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services industry.
  • Familiarity with sales cycles in outsourced staffing.
  • Track record of personally rescuing at-risk deals.
