You'll manage enterprise customer relationships in the insurance technology space, driving long-term value and adoption of SaaS solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with platform capabilities to maximize satisfaction and growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage enterprise customer relationships as primary contact and trusted advisor
- Conduct regular business reviews to align objectives with product capabilities
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively prevent churn
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with complex stakeholders
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
