You will work with Fortune 100 and mid-market clients to solve complex supply chain challenges, delivering strategic advice and hands-on execution to improve performance and resilience. You'll lead assessments, design transformations, and coach teams to drive measurable value.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations with client-facing consulting and industry experience
• Functional experience in demand/supply/inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, operating model design, or process optimization
• Experience assessing current-state processes and building future-state roadmaps
• Track record of managing projects or workstreams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic advice and practical solutions to executive leaders on supply chain performance and transformation
• Facilitate client working sessions from executive meetings to cross-functional workshops
• Lead current state assessments across supply chain functions and build improvement roadmaps
• Translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives including process, operating model, and technology
• Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements with high quality and measurable outcomes
