🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and manage clinical monitoring delivery for global projects.
• Represent monitoring teams with sponsors and resolve site concerns.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of clinical monitoring team.
• Oversee third-party contractor procurement and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years related experience in clinical monitoring.
• College Diploma/University Degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing CRA staff and providing mentorship.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical monitoring regulations.

• SoCRA or ACRP certification.
