You'll be the voice of Poppy & Peonies, managing day-to-day social community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll strengthen audience connections through real-time interactions and personalized responses, while helping to foster a loyal community. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for building a career in social media and community management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across social platforms in a timely, on-brand way.
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful, engaging, and personalized interactions.
• Provide customer support via social channels for product, order, and general inquiries.
• Monitor brand mentions and conversations, sharing insights with the marketing team.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in community management, customer service, or social media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills with ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
