🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and emails regarding billing and service questions
• Complete welcome calls to new customers
• Document customer accounts accurately across communication channels
• Investigate and resolve customer objections about payments

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience
• 1+ year auto/servicing collections experience
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Cloud and Google Workplace

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
