You'll serve as an attending physician in skilled nursing facilities, providing primary care and overseeing clinical supervision. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and participate in quality initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Provide high-quality primary care including diagnosis and treatment of acute/chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and Remote Patient Monitoring initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification or board eligibility in an appropriate specialty.
• Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

✨ Nice to Have

• New graduates board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing.
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine.
