In this role, you will assess and monitor environmental and social risks for development finance projects in Latin America. You'll ensure alignment with international standards like IFC Performance Standards and DFC policies. Acting as a regional expert, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct environmental and social risk assessments for projects in Latin America.
  • Review and evaluate environmental and social documentation and plans.
  • Perform gap analyses and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor project performance through reports and site visits.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in environmental and social impact assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and international frameworks.
  • Experience with development finance institutions or private sector projects in Latin America.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
