💼 About This Role

You'll work with Thrive Market's Data Strategy Team to build high-impact data products for a fast-growing e-commerce company. You'll own the complete cycle of data services from ingestion to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to drive data engineering initiatives in a mission-driven, Certified B Corporation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate data engineering solutions across multiple projects
• Own data ingestion, processing, ETL, and delivery for reporting
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data integrity issues

📋 Requirements

• Python, DBT, and Airflow experience
• Expertise in Snowflake or similar data warehouse
• Experience with Terraform for data infrastructure
• AWS experience for data lake/big data analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or AWS Kinesis
• Experience with machine learning or Apache Spark
• Experience using Claude or similar AI agents for development
