💼 About This Role

You'll support internal and external financial reporting for a high-growth autonomous vehicle company. Your work will directly impact GAAP-compliant financial statements and SEC filings. This role offers exposure to complex transactions in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Research disclosure requirements for complex transactions.
• Assist with external audit coordination and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and automation in NetSuite.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience with Big 4 and tech clients.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Experience preparing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Advanced Excel skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active CPA license or eligibility.
• Experience with international entities and multi-currency consolidations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and SEC reporting software (Workivia, ActiveDisclosure).
