Description

You will lead complex technical sales engagements, own discovery and solution design, and deliver demos to enterprise customers. You'll also mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical presales or solution consulting in SaaS/compliance
• Deep understanding of accessibility concepts and web technologies
• Strong storytelling and communication for executive-level presentations
• Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
• Familiarity with WCAG, Section 508, ADA standards

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate client needs into accessibility solutions
• Own demo creation and delivery for enterprise-level sales opportunities
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations
• Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for customer needs
• Mentor Associate SEs and contribute to onboarding programs
