💼 About This Role

You'll lead tank construction crews and ensure quality and safety on job sites. You'll set the work pace and train apprentices, making an impact on critical water storage infrastructure. This role offers extensive travel across the US with opportunities for advancement through our training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete assignments with little supervision and support daily plan.
• Assist with shoring erection, bracing, dismantling, and load out.
• Train apprentices and assist with shoring installation.
• Maintain continuous site cleanup and safety procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Travel to project sites throughout the United States.
• Own and maintain general hand tools.
• Ability to climb and work at heights on steel/wood framework.
• Wear personal protective equipment (steel-toed shoes, gloves, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in liquid storage tank construction.
• Previous journeyman or lead role on construction sites.
• OSHA safety certifications.
