💼 About This Role

You'll own cost estimates for residential developments from concept through tender, coordinating with design consultants and trade contractors. Your cost intelligence drives project feasibility and go/no-go decisions. You'll work on multi-million dollar high-rise projects using Bluebeam and Procore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare Class D through Class A estimates across all project stages.
• Solicit and analyze competitive pricing from trade contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate cost considerations.
• Track cost estimates against budgets and support change order management.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of construction estimating experience on residential high-rise projects.
• Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code and municipal permit processes.
• Experience with CCDC contracts and construction procurement.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BIM for cost estimation and clash detection.
• Exposure to owner-side or developer-side preconstruction.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications.
