Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Banking, Compliance, or Risk Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with global banking partners, delivering accurate RFI responses
• Perform risk investigations using multiple data sources to identify suspicious activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.)
• Adhere to SLA requirements and contribute to backlog reduction
• Escalate high-risk cases with recommendations to senior management
