Description

As a Senior Accountant for the Nordics, you will manage accounting operations for our Norwegian and Swedish entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and process optimization. You'll collaborate with the HQ finance team and external providers to handle month-end closings, asset accounting, and tax compliance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish GAAP
• Proficient in SAP accounting software
• Analytical, independent, and detail-oriented work style
• Fluent in English; Norwegian or Swedish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Record payment transactions and perform bank reconciliations
• Support cost control, invoice approval, and expense management
• Maintain asset records, reconcile balance sheets, and manage intercompany accounts
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports, including tax filings
• Optimize accounting processes and provide data-driven insights
