You'll oversee daily operations and manage staff at a Ninja Van parcel hub in Johor. You'll drive operational excellence by tracking shipments, handling cash, and reducing parcel loss. This role combines team leadership with hands-on logistics management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers
• Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily bank-in
• Control inventory to reduce missing and damaged parcels

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain
• Senior Executive level expertise in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
