You'll be the voice of Cloudbeds, resolving questions and troubleshooting issues for hotel partners across chat, email, and phone. Your contributions will strengthen client relationships, promote software adoption, and shape the future of our platform by sharing valuable feedback. You'll also play a key role in creating training materials and staying ahead of system updates.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Assist and support hotel customers daily in software use
  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and make outbound calls for escalated issues
  • Gather customer feedback for future software releases

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience in front desk or similar roles
  • Native or fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • Skill with computers and systems

  • Previous experience in customer service
