You'll own the product strategy for Roku's ML/AI-driven recommendations platform, impacting 100M+ viewers across 100+ surfaces. You'll drive key engagement and monetization outcomes through experimentation and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for recommendations platform
• Drive experiments from design to decision, ensuring rigor
• Lead KPI definition and prevent metric drift
• Align cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Strong analytical rigor with experiment design and A/B testing
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with ML/AI-driven product areas and working with ML engineers

• Familiarity with recommendation systems at scale
• Experience with GenAI/LLM applications in product discovery
