💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full employee lifecycle for 700+ employees across multiple countries and help ensure compliance with local labour laws. You'll also improve processes to reduce administrative workload through automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system
• Prepare employment agreements and change letters
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or similar role
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• High integrity and confidentiality
