In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking merchants, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll analyze payment-related issues, collaborate with Sales and Underwriting teams, and relay customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in FinTech or financial services
  • Structured, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Nice to have: Czech, Slovak, or Polish
