Description

You will guide customers in designing scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, work closely with sales executives, and be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to enterprise organizations. This role combines technical expertise with pre-sales strategy to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, with 5-7 years in enterprise software pre-sales
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction
