💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of Remilia Corporation, managing day-to-day business operations including financial administration, HR coordination, and contract management. You'll report directly to the Chief Business Officer and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced creative startup. You'll have the opportunity to shape operational infrastructure during a growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationship with external bookkeeper and process expense reports
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for team members and contractors
• Review contracts for accuracy and coordinate execution
• Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in business operations, office management, or similar
• Proven experience managing financial administration with bookkeepers
• Background in HR coordination and employee onboarding
• Experience in startup or creative agency environments

• Experience with design, fashion, media, or cultural organizations
• Familiarity with creative business models and project-based operations
• Background supporting C-suite executives in operational capacity
