You'll lead merchant acquisition and retention for Paytm's QR and Soundbox vertical in Karnataka. Your core impact is driving distribution growth and market share in your assigned area. You'll manage a sales team to achieve quota-driven targets in India's largest digital payments ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit sales team members
• Plan market size and geographies for ASMs
• Monitor quality parameters as per management guidelines
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales done by the team

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in B2C sales and business development
• Experience in quota-driven sales
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring sales teams
