You'll own and evolve Dr. Squatch's TikTok strategy, focusing on content performance and audience growth. You'll lead creative direction and manage agency partners to scale our presence. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic oversight to drive brand relevance.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute TikTok content plans aligned with campaigns and growth goals.
- Manage relationships with TikTok Live agencies and creative partners.
- Create and publish video in-feed content as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and test new formats.
π Requirements
- 4+ years creating and guiding social content with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- 4+ years working with or directing creators, agencies, or collaborators.
- Highly comfortable performing on camera.
- Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with TikTok analytics and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture and trends.
