You'll lead product strategy and execution across BJAK's platform, working with engineering and design. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle to drive high-impact initiatives and shape the company's product direction.

• Significant experience in product management
• Proven ability to deliver products from concept to scale
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical trade-offs
