💼 About This Role

You'll provide venipuncture and clinical support as a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist at a primary care office. You'll ensure an exceptional patient experience through front desk duties and lab services. This role supports multiple offices in a market and combines clinical expertise with customer-centric solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on patients of all ages
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
• Perform EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, and swabs
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out and phone calls

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
