💼 About This Role

You'll ensure efficient delivery of globally standardised HR processes and oversee office operations in Manila. You'll coordinate IT equipment provisioning with TechOps to support a seamless employee experience.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and contract updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, and workspace logistics
  • Coordinate IT equipment provisioning and tracking with TechOps

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in HR, administration, or operations
  • Experience using HR systems like HiBob or similar
  • Knowledge of Philippines employment laws and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
