- Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and contract updates
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
- Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, and workspace logistics
- Coordinate IT equipment provisioning and tracking with TechOps
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR, administration, or operations
- Experience using HR systems like HiBob or similar
- Knowledge of Philippines employment laws and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
