Description

You will lead technical innovation for Aura's D2C Growth team, developing an AI-powered optimization platform to reduce customer acquisition cost and a personalization platform to power individualized customer journeys. You'll drive the most challenging initiatives and provide technical leadership across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years experience as lead engineer on team or large projects
• Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, and algorithms
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technology (serverless, containers, databases, caches, queues)
• Proficiency with Node.js, Python, LangChain, and LLM integration

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-powered optimization platform to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost
• Build a personalization platform to power individualized customer journeys
• Provide technical leadership across Aura Engineering
• Mentor other engineers to elevate standard of technical and operational excellence
