💼 About This Role

You'll provide transactional and regulatory legal support for Toast's global FinTech products, helping design compliant financial solutions for restaurants. You'll work with a passionate team to expand payments and banking services internationally. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge financial products in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on multinational financial laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements with financial institutions and providers
• Research and respond to legal questions on financial products across geographies
• Review advertising materials for compliance with applicable laws

📋 Requirements

• ABA-accredited law degree or equivalent in your jurisdiction
• 5+ years legal experience advising on international financial products and services
• Experience with financial services regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia
• Experience leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements in financial services
