You'll design and develop wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace, defense, and space applications. You'll evaluate electrical, mechanical, and environmental constraints to ensure robust solutions and compliance with industry standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design wire harnesses and cable assemblies using AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Perform wire routing and define harness configurations for manufacturability.
• Conduct voltage drop, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC analysis.
• Support first article inspections and validation testing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in wire harness design for aerospace.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100, and MIL-STD standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MES/ERP systems like Epicor.
• Knowledge of RF cables or fiber optics.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience.
