You will lead the delivery and lifecycle management of BSS services for telecom operators, ensuring high-quality operations, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement. You own production environment support, serve as the main escalation point, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in technical/client/application support with BSS domain skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of BSS solutions, telecommunications background

Responsibilities

  • Own all activities around the production environment for post-production support
  • Be the main contact point for internal and external escalations
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Ensure prompt handling and resolution of customer requests
  • Act as customer advocate across departments
