Description

You will provide an exceptional patient experience by performing venipuncture and other clinical support services, as well as front desk duties across multiple offices. You'll be an ambassador for patients, ensuring a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, schedule management, billing knowledge, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on patients of all ages
• Conduct EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling
• Handle clerical tasks: lab case follow-up, medical record review, billing inquiries
• Contribute to team development through rounding, huddles, and problem-solving
