You'll join Wing as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, handling patient intake, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing for remote healthcare teams. You'll ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate medical records in EHR systems. This role offers full work-from-home flexibility and US work hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document new patient and referral intake.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Input patient info and medical records into EMR/EHR systems.
• Assist with processing insurance claims and billing inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical or pharmaceutical fields.
• 1+ year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level).
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding.
• Experience with insurance verification.
