Description

You will spearhead the Canvas Logic and Execution team, managing the full platform lifecycle of Canvas, Braze's flagship product for marketing automation workflows. You'll refine the platform based on user feedback and expand its capabilities to support complex, personalized real-time workflows at massive scale, while establishing best-in-class systems and fostering engineers' professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a manager with strong track record of success
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and driving best-in-class iterative product development
• Proven track record of architecting and driving significant technical initiatives for large-scale platforms
• Calm, patient, considerate, compassionate, supportive, and inspiring leader
• Self-starter with great communication and strong organizational skills
• Experience with agile processes and tools
