You'll own and evolve MoonPay's Workday ecosystem, handling both daily operations and technical improvements. You'll design integrations, automate workflows, and optimize system performance. This is a high-impact role at a leading crypto payments platform serving 30M+ users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations and issue resolution
• Design and maintain Workday integrations with internal systems
• Configure and optimize Workday modules for evolving business needs
• Drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Workday experience across configuration and integrations
• Experience with multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Reporting, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Learning)
• Strong experience with Workday integrations (APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently
