💼 About This Role

You'll manage and optimize the commercial tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo) at Tulip, a leader in AI-native frontline operations. You'll drive automation and process improvements to boost sales productivity and revenue impact. This role offers direct impact on product and culture in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provision, troubleshoot, and support Salesforce and other commercial tools.
• Design and maintain automations using Zapier, n8n, and Claude Code.
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify process gaps and prioritize enhancements.
• Build and tune Salesforce reports and dashboards for analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (configuration, development, automation).
• Expertise in Zapier or n8n for cross-platform workflow automation.
• Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders on technical solutions.
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or quantitative field.

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code.
• Familiarity with data reporting and dashboard creation.
• Project leadership experience in small-to-mid-size projects.
