💼 About This Role

You'll own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio at Writer, a leading enterprise generative AI platform. You'll embed into customer organizations, turning AI investment into measurable outcomes by building champion networks and running customized workshops. This hybrid role is based in Chicago or Austin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own activation and platform success for customer portfolio
• Build champion communities and power user networks
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve adoption materials

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven activation success and adoption outcomes
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and mapping workflows
• Experience implementing activation strategies like champion programs and workshops
• Ability to scope and deliver custom AI solutions and demos
