You'll design and build scalable backend services and APIs for an ai-native platform powering private capital markets. Your work will directly impact compliance, data, and payment products in a fast-paced fintech startup environment. You'll own end-to-end projects and contribute to the long-term technical vision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Compliance.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects from design to deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, investment banking, or compliance-driven systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Track record of mentoring engineers.
