💼 About This Role

You'll configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to optimize deal lifecycle and billing workflows for a leading data platform. You'll design AI-augmented Salesforce solutions using Einstein and LLM tools to enhance forecasting and automation. This role combines classic CRM expertise with practical AI skills in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud workflows
• Design approval flows, Flow automations, and validation rules
• Architect data flows between Salesforce and ERP/billing systems
• Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud)
• Solid command of Flow Builder, picklist management, and custom objects
• Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and API integrations
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and manage solution delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g. Keylight)
• Apex or LWC development background
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certification
