You'll balance business KPIs like retention and revenue with educational outcomes such as assessment reliability and content quality. You'll produce actionable reports and dashboards to inform improvements owned by our learning portfolio and program design teams. This role offers the chance to refine AI tooling outputs through data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements and use appropriate data sources for ongoing analysis.
• Support bespoke reporting and data preparation for regulatory inspections.
• Conduct regular analysis on program health against key metrics.
• Perform reliability and validity analysis for assessment design improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Proven data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, Python, or Looker.
• Experience or strong foundational knowledge in curriculum and assessment evaluation.
• Familiarity with learner and customer experience metrics, ideally in a B2B environment.
• High degree of attention to detail and data integrity.
