💼 About This Role

You'll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on People Operations and HR Business Partner topics in Portugal & Spain. You'll own the local HR administration cycle, oversee payroll, and support expatriate employees with relocation. This role offers a chance to shape HR processes in a fast-growing fintech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage employment contracts and documentation
• Oversee monthly payroll processes with external providers
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and relocation for expats
• Maintain employee data and ensure HRIS integrity

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years as HR Generalist or People Ops role
• Experience in payroll management (preparation and validation)
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour law
• Experience managing expat/VISA processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Spanish labour law
• Startup or fintech environment experience
• No-code automation or AI tools proficiency
