Description

As a Junior Technical Sourcer at Ivo, you'll build outbound talent pipelines for technical roles, using sourcing tools and LinkedIn to find and engage candidates. You'll support recruiters and hiring managers, conduct resume reviews, and ensure a great candidate experience, while gaining hands-on mentorship and clear growth paths.

Requirements

• 2+ yrs of experience in Technical Sourcing
• Experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or support roles and enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Have a 'do what it takes' attitude
• Willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself
• Relentlessly resourceful
• Strong internal sense of urgency; bias towards doing things today
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Proactively source exceptional candidates for Technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design)
• Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools
• Research target companies and candidate profiles to identify high-quality talent
• Write and send personalized outreach messages; iterate on messaging based on response rates
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline metrics
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct resume reviews and support early screening as needed
• Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS
• Ensure a thoughtful and professional candidate experience
