You will join the FC Automation team at Coupang to design and build scalable backend systems that automate fulfillment center operations, directly impacting millions of customers.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend engineering with Java or Kotlin
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend systems for FC automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Optimize system performance and reliability at scale
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews
