As a licensed Customer Support Specialist on the Human Advice team, you will provide thoughtful, compliant servicing and financial guidance to high-value clients via phone and email. You'll help them navigate the platform, understand products and portfolios, and make informed decisions at key financial milestones.

Requirements

  • Active FINRA Series 65 license (or equivalent Series 66)
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services support or guidance
  • Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly
  • Solid understanding of investment products, retirement strategies, advisory principles
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management

Responsibilities

  • Provide licensed guidance on portfolios, tax strategies, and platform features
  • Deliver white-glove support via phone and email
