💼 About This Role

You'll evolve a core component of Wayve's simulation platform, used to develop and evaluate driving intelligence. Your work will shape the technical roadmap in robot emulator fidelity, visual fidelity, or efficient scaling, working cross-company with robotics, research, and platform teams to deliver accurate, scalable simulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own KPIs for simulator cost, SLOs, throughput, and latency
• Integrate simulated robot components into the simulation platform
• Integrate machine-learned graphics subsystems into the simulation platform

📋 Requirements

• Experience with workflow orchestration systems (e.g. Airflow, Dagster, Flyte)
• Excellent development skills in Python
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes at the user level
• 5+ years industry experience designing and programming software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles or robotics
• Proficiency with Go or C++
• Experience scaling simulations or data intensive workloads
