💼 About This Role

You'll lead global workplace services for Waymo's EMEA operations, reporting to the Director of Global Workplace eMobility. You'll drive critical service delivery programs and executive reporting across all functions. This hybrid role impacts employee experience and operational excellence across an expanding portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spearhead workplace and engineering service delivery, driving process design and implementation
• Author and manage critical reporting systems and executive dashboards
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with external and internal stakeholders
• Govern key contracts and oversee service delivery outcomes through KPIs and scorecards

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or Engineering
• 10+ years of Account Management or Outsourcing Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of technological advances and change management
