🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship AI-powered features like assisted requirement drafting.
• Build agentic workflows for systems and domain engineers.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs for production reliability and cost.
• Maintain data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years developing production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Familiarity with prompt design and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Ability to reason about model tradeoffs and deployment patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
• Knowledge of vector stores and RAG patterns.
• Background in AI safety or guardrails.
